All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours. Orders can not be cancelled once confirmed.
SHIPPING TIME
Standard Shipping - order typically arrive 3-5 days after being fulfilled.
*Our greenhouse team does not work on the weekend or holidays; so the times above do not include weekends and holidays.
The shipping price reflects the costs of expedited shipping, careful packaging, and the associated labor. Plants should generally arrive in 3 to 5 business days via express shipping once shipped.
Please let us know if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy and we will ship you a new one! Please add winter protection to your order if you live in an area below 45 degrees F.
All plants will arrive in nursery pots unless otherwise noted.
