Refund policy

 We ensure that everything we sell will arrive in proper condition if ordered following the terms below.

• All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours.

• During cold months, please add a heat pack to all cold state orders.

• Orders that do not have heat packs added and get cold damage will not be issued a replacement or refund

•Simply search for "Heat Pack" and add to cart

Items that were damaged in shipment and were ordered correctly as stated above qualify for either a refund or replacement. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect and take a photo of your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Courier delays and lost-in-transit issues are not covered by our guarantee policy.
